The Best What?

Benjamin Franklin wrote that “hunger is the best pickle," meaning spice or condiment--in other words, foods taste better when you're hungry so the actual flavor becomes less significant. I, however, am a big fan of flavorful food! I believe that by planning meals that fit within your schedule, you can enjoy delicious foods that are also nutritious and affordable. By forming a solid weekly meal plan, everyone, even harried parents shuttling between soccer games and broke college students accustomed to nightly dinners of mac and cheese, can prepare and enjoy healthy meals at home.
