meal plan

Meal 1: shrimp enchiladas with sweet potatoes & parsnips, salad
Meal 2: roast chicken with parsnips & beets, spinach & cornmeal soup
Meal 3: chicken with Brussels sprouts and white beans
Meal 4: pork chops, kale & bacon salad, roasted potatoes
Meal 5: swordfish with parsley, pinenut, & olive relish; arugula and corn salad
