Due to the holiday weekend and house guests, I'm a bit late posting this week's meal plan. Here it is!
Meal 1: Grilled chicken and vegetables with mango-sesame dressing, cilantro rice
Meal 2: Pork tenderloin with seasoned rub, potato salad, roasted asparagus
Meal 3: Fish tacos, grilled cabbage slaw
Meal 4: Grilled sirloin & salmon with chimichurri, red cabbage slaw, grilled potatoes
Meal 5: Mexican polenta scramble, black beans with soy-chorizo (with leftover slaw)
